Nutrition rules after hair transplantation

Nutrition after a hair transplant is just as important as what you eat and what you do not eat and drink. Before we look at what nourishes and strengthens your hair and how it should be used, we will first familiarize ourselves with the dietary rules after a hair transplant.

1. do not eat too much

As before the hair transplant, it is also very important that you eat lightly afterwards and finish your meal before you are completely full. This will allow your body to give your hair the energy it needs to grind unnecessary excess food, especially during the first three days, making your healing process more pleasant. Avoid fatty foods and fries during the nutritional process after the hair transplant.

Do not go hungry and do not follow strenuous diets

Many people who have the idea of regeneration after hair transplantation may decide to heal through diet. Stay away from cigarettes

You already know how harmful smoking is for your body. After a hair transplant, cigarettes are strong enough not to let your weak and sensitive hair roots grow. Smoking, which consumes oxygen in the blood, also blocks the hair’s supply of nutrients. For these reasons, it makes sense to avoid smoking after a hair transplant as long as possible.

Hair roots are fed with fine capillaries. Blood from these veins to the hair roots brings the hair the necessary nutrients and oxygen. Hair roots cannot be nourished due to the slowing of the blood flow, the decrease in blood quality or the lack of oxygen in the blood and lose their vitality and die within a short time. As a result of hair transplantation, it is realized much faster on the sensitive hair roots. Therefore, after a hair transplantation, you should avoid smoking as long as possible, as it considerably affects the nutrition of the hair root.

In this process, cigarette addicted people, after
consulting their doctors, can get support from some products that help them
stop smoking.

Limit alcohol consumption.

Alcohol consumption is a condition that damages and
exhausts the organs of the body. After hair transplantation, it is important
for the health of your newly transplanted hair to avoid alcohol as long as
possible. As part of the dietary rules after a hair transplant, alcohol is
harmful to your body and reduces your body coordination. As a result, it can
cause you to bump into the transplanted area.

Establish a regular nutritional system

By creating a proper nutritional system after hair
transplantation and taking the right amounts of different nutrients at the
right time, you ensure the best strengthening of the hair root. Regular
nutrition, which is very important for your general health, can be a habit
after a hair transplant.

Stay away from junk food and harmful foods

When our ancestors said that enjoying food is a must, we
think that there was no GMO and hormone food, fast food, preservatives, junk
food and such unnecessary white sugar. You are what you eat is one of the
valuable phrases of the new era. You can’t feed your hair the acidic drink you
drink with the chips. If you decide to eat, you should choose vegetables, fruit
and healthy food.

Add nuts to your snacks

Many of the nuts are among the nutrients needed for the
hair as they contain vitamins, nutrients and oils that nourish the hair. After
the hair transplant, the snacks you add to your regular diet plan should
include nuts, walnuts and almonds, due to their zinc, omega and selenium
content, and sources of biotin such as peanuts.

Beneficial vitamins and nutrients for hair

For a post-hair transplant nutrition system, you can make
it special and more useful for your hair by providing a balanced diet after a
hair transplant with a number of nutrients recommended by dieticians. To do
this, it is useful to start your diet by giving a special place to the

transplanted areas. If you pay attention to your diet after a hair transplant, you should prefer folic acid-rich foods.
